Every piece is created on-demand and made custom to order. We do not accept returns or provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage before the product arrives with you. Important: If your package is lost or damaged, please refrain from filing a claim with UPS yourself, as it will interfere with our ability to handle the claim on your behalf. We will not be held responsible for lost packages with an existing claim.
Instead, notify us at contact@buffaloboards.com immediately, and we will initiate the claim process.
