RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. Opening the returning items is okay, but the return box must include the original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Due to the diversity of our offering and the fact that every piece is created on-demand and made custom to order, we cannot accept returns and swap out one item for another. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
REFUNDS
Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from receiving your item to process your return. We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we'll refund you to your original payment method. Refunds might take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
In the event of a return or exchange for items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped by us, the customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs, including the cost of the original shipment and the cost of returning the item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns and requesting a receipt with a tracking number.
