Our Recommended Break-In Process using Bag Butter®


- Squeeze a small portion of Bag Butter® along the bag's seams, including the closing seam and the surrounding areas. You can apply a small amount of the product to the remaining surface of the bags to soften stiffer fabrics.

- Massage Bag Butter® into the stitch where the front and back materials meet.

- Let sit in warm water for 45 minutes. 

 *We do not recommend using boiling water*

- Hand rinse the bag thoroughly.

- Wash your bags in your washer on a cold/cold cycle.

- Throw the bags into the dryer on low heat and tumble for an hour with a towel. 

  *We recommend using a mesh laundry bag to protect your bags from possible runs or snags caused by washing machines and dryers*



We are a create-on-demand company, and it takes time for us to produce excellent custom products for you! For wood products, total delivery time can take up to 22 working days (15 days for build time and seven days for shipping within the continental US). Returns Policy

Every piece is created on-demand and made custom to order. We do not accept returns or provide refunds, credits, or replacements except in the event of damage before the product arrives with you. If your item arrives damaged, please file a warranty claim with photos and a description to: Contact us at if you have any questions or concerns.

Important: If your package is lost or damaged, please refrain from filing a claim with UPS yourself, as it will interfere with our ability to handle the claim on your behalf. We will not be held responsible for lost packages with an existing claim.

Instead, notify us at immediately, and we will initiate the claim process.

If your package is damaged, please take these photos and send them to us:

1) Damaged merchandise inside the box
2) Packaging material
3) Damaged item outside of the box
4) Photos from all sides of the box.
